With outstanding organizational skills, and a detail-oriented mindset, Lori personally handles every step to ensure a smooth transaction. Starting with screening all rental applications, and communicating with prospective tenants regarding any questions or concerns. Lori will schedule appointments and show vacant properties to prospective tenants. Once approved, Lori will perform a detailed move in inspection for both interior and exterior prior to tenant occupancy. Known as the office Jack-of-all-trades, Lori will also coordinate maintenance requests and repairs, and follow up on rent payments and late rent issues. As a certified paralegal, Lori is also available to assist with legal issues related to tenant matters.
